Join our dynamic team as a Frontend React Native Developer and help shape the future of our cross-platform applications. You’ll be at the forefront of creating exceptional user experiences across iOS, Android, and the web, working with modern technologies and collaborating closely with designers and product teams to bring thoughtful, impactful solutions to life. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining high-quality, cross-platform mobile applications that are core to the Seniorverse platform. Your work will touch key areas including our caregiver and family-facing apps, member engagement tools, and on-the-go staff functionality. These applications play a vital role in improving adult daycare operations and the lives of the people they serve. You’ll have the opportunity to create scalable, maintainable solutions that support our broader mission and drive meaningful impact in senior care. Development & Architecture Build and maintain scalable, high-performance frontend components for web and mobile applications using React and React Native Design flexible, reusable UI component libraries that work seamlessly across platforms Implement responsive designs that deliver consistent experiences on all devices Create engaging data visualizations and interactive features that drive user engagement Collaboration & Communication Partner with UX/UI designers to transform mockups and wireframes into pixel-perfect, functional interfaces Work closely with product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions Participate in code reviews and collaborate on technical solutions Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and optimize data flow Quality & Performance Write clean, maintainable code following industry best practices and coding standards Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimal performance across all platforms Implement automated testing strategies to maintain code quality Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends Requirements Experience & Education ~ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience) ~4+ years of professional frontend development experience ~ Proven track record of delivering production-ready applications Technical Expertise Core Technologies: Expert-level proficiency in React Styling: Advanced experience with Tailwind CSS Languages: Strong command of JavaScript and TypeScript, including modern ES6+ features State Management: Hands-on experience with MobX or similar state management solutions APIs: Solid understanding of REST API integration and data management Architecture: Deep knowledge of frontend architecture patterns and best practices Bonus Skills Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes Familiarity with design systems and component libraries Experience with performance optimization and monitoring tools Work Style Self-motivated and capable of managing your own priorities and deadlines Thrive in remote and asynchronous work environments Proactive communicator who keeps team members informed and engaged Mindset Problem-solver who approaches challenges with creativity and persistence Detail-oriented with a passion for creating polished, user-friendly interfaces Collaborative team player who values diverse perspectives and feedback Continuous learner who stays curious about new technologies and methodologies Communication Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment Benefits Salary of $125,000 - $175,000, based on experience Health Benefits Reimbursement (Medical, Dental, Vision) Unlimited Paid Time Off Training & Development Work from Home
