You will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and communication of corporate responsibility strategies and initiatives that align with the company's values, sustainability goals, and social impact objectives. You will work cross-functionally with departments including ESG, HR, compliance, legal, operations, and marketing to deliver measurable outcomes across environmental, ethical, and social domains.
This role is ideal for a purpose-driven leader with strong program management skills and a deep understanding of environmental and social impact frameworks. You will champion corporate citizenship both internally and externally, helping to build trust with stakeholders, employees, communities, and investors.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and execution of corporate responsibility strategies, including sustainability, DEI, ethical sourcing, volunteerism, philanthropy, and ESG reporting
Develop goals, KPIs, and benchmarking metrics for corporate responsibility programs, ensuring alignment with business strategy and industry standards
Manage ESG data collection, materiality assessments, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory disclosures (e.g., SASB, TCFD, GRI, CDP, CSRD)
Collaborate with internal departments to embed responsible practices into operations, procurement, governance, and workforce development
Partner with HR and DEI leaders to design inclusive workplace programs and employee engagement initiatives
Coordinate environmental impact tracking (e.g., emissions, energy, water, waste) and sustainability initiatives (e.g., net-zero goals, circular economy, green procurement)
Oversee community investment programs, grant making, nonprofit partnerships, and employee volunteer efforts
Prepare communications, case studies, and annual corporate responsibility/ESG reports for internal and external audiences
Monitor global regulatory changes, industry trends, and stakeholder expectations related to corporate responsibility
Represent the company in sustainability and social impact coalitions, conferences, and working groups
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, Public Policy, Social Impact, or a related field
2 years of experience in corporate responsibility, ESG, sustainability, or social impact roles
Strong understanding of ESG frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD, UN SDGs, ISO 26000, B Corp, CDP, or CSRD)
Excellent project management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Strong analytical and communication skills, including report writing and executive presentations
Familiarity with data collection and ESG reporting tools (e.g., Workiva, EcoVadis, Enablon, Sphera, or Tableau)
