Description THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE OUT OF PHOENIX, AZ - Training is fully onsite & then will be hybrid in office 2 days a week!! LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY!! We are a leading Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) facility specializing in the repair of electronic components for aircraft. We are seeking a Contract Administrator to join our team in Phoenix. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external customers, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: + Serve as the main liaison for customer communications, managing daily interactions with internal and external stakeholders. + Process a high volume of transactions-up to 150+ orders per day-while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. + Administer commercial and military repair orders, including order acknowledgment, quoting, and invoicing. + Interpret, manage, and execute customer contractual requirements to ensure compliance and service excellence. + Proactively manage and mitigate risks to on-time delivery and financial penalties. + Assess and determine the validity and disposition of warranty claims. + Ensure adherence to Global Trade Compliance regulations in all customer-related activities. Requirements Qualifications: + Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and critical thinking capabilities. + Self-directed team player with the ability to work independently and take initiative to resolve issues. + High level of comfort with computer systems and order management tools. Preferred Experience: + Proficiency in SAP + Experience with U.S. Government repair contract administration + Familiarity with FARs (Federal Acquisition Regulations) and DFARs (Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement) + Knowledge of CAV (Contractor Acceptance and Verification) and PIEE (Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment) Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
