Mulch Solutions is hiring a reliable local driver with a CDL-B license to be part of our esteemed team. Your primary responsibility will be transporting and delivering mulch, compost, and soil to our commercial clients in the region. We are looking for a candidate with a solid driving record and previous experience in truck driving. Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset are crucial for excelling in this role. Responsibilities:

• Safely drive a CDL-B mulch blower truck to transport and install mulch, compost, and soil materials for commercial & residential clients.
• Utilize various hand and power tools necessary for job tasks related to mulch-blowing operations.
• Lead a small team effectively and efficiently during work assignments in the local area.
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and concerns from clients.
• Demonstrate full mobility in both upper and lower body movements while on duty.
• Handle the lifting, pulling, and pushing of materials and equipment, including items weighing up to 60 lbs, with care.
• Strictly adhere to safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• A valid CDL-B Commercial Drivers License is a requirement for the position of CDL-B Mulch Truck Driver in Concord, NC.
• The ideal candidate should demonstrate a minimum of three years of driving experience and maintain a clean driving record.
• Two years of proficiency in driving a manual transmission is a mandatory qualification.
• Excellent communication skills with both co-workers and customers are crucial for this role.
• Familiarity with Charlotte and the surrounding areas, as well as the ability to read maps or guides, is preferred.
