Job Description

Our client, a global ecommerce company, is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join their team! This will be a fully remote role working with their team based out of the central time zone. The successful candidate will possess strong communication and documentation skills, have the ability to work cross-functionally with business stakeholders, and be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines!

Role Overview:

• Contract Duration: 3 months, potential to extend
• Pay: $50-60/hr on W2
• Schedule: Fully remote, CST hours preferred due to team set up

Responsibilities:

• Ensure business requirements are clearly defined for Genesys Cloud routing
• Design and support scalable routing frameworks
• Assist with system configurations, integration planning, and validation for Genesys Cloud
• Develop user stories and process diagrams
• Support UAT and troubleshoot production issues
• Monitor usage patterns and system performance

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a BSA or similar role
• Strong hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud
• Strong understanding of contact center operations
• Ability to work in a SCRUM team workflow
• College Degree with an IT concentration
• Jira experience
• eCommerce industry experience is preferred
