Position Overview
We're looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll work closely with both the US Sales Manager and the Italian headquarters. You will be responsible for managing office tasks and providing essential administrative support.

What We Offer

Hourly pay: $20 - $24, based on experience
Flexible 4-hour shifts (Monday to Friday)
6 paid holidays per year
6 paid sick days per year
6 paid vacation days per year

Key Responsibilities

Manage accounts receivable, including processing customer invoices, credit memos, refunds, and payments (QuickBooks Online)
Perform data entry in QuickBooks
Assist with online product inventory management, including adding/removing stock items and reconciling warehouse reports
Help with seasonal inventory reports
Handle light distribution of packages via UPS Worldship tool
Answer phone calls and emails, providing relevant information to customers regarding available items, pricing, and delivery details
Communicate with vendors as needed
Deposit checks using a bank remote scanner
Provide reception support as needed

Qualifications

At least 2 years of general accounting/bookkeeping experience (QuickBooks experience is preferred)
Experience with UPS Worldship is a plus
Experience with check remote deposits is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive and hands-on approach to tasks
Ability to multitask efficiently
